How it works
1. Get your portal
A hosted request form at cloudants.io/takedown/your-platform, collecting everything a valid request needs. Link it from your footer.
2. Get alerted, beat the clock
Instant email (and webhook on Pro) for each request, a live 48-hour countdown, and reminders before the deadline.
3. Remove, block, prove it
Mark it removed and the requester is notified. Fingerprint the images to block re-uploads. Every step is timestamped in an audit trail you can export.
Built for sensitive content
We never store or display the reported images. We keep the links the requester reported and one-way fingerprints (hashes) used to block re-uploads. Requests marked as involving a minor show a prominent NCMEC reporting notice. Reported images are only ever fetched from the domains you list.
